Reclaim Financial Services, LLC has been providing RCK services to merchants since early 2003.  The company was founded by Joe Spiek, who has an extensive background in bad debt collections.  Joe quickly realized the benefits for merchants to attempt to recover their NSF checks with this program before the NSF check became just a plain old debt.
